How far along? 25 weeks, 6 days
Baby is the size of: a Napa Cabbage, Tarte Tatin, Baseball glove, or a Prarie Dog (All of those things are so big!)
Total weight gain: I think like 15 pounds, but likely more. I haven’t been weighing myself on purpose.
Maternity clothes? This question is redundant at this point, as it will always be yes from here on out.
Sleep: Today I was given the gift of sleeping in until 8am. 8am!!! (Josh is the best husband ever.) I haven’t done that since November 2014, before Jack was born. It was glorious.
Best moment this week: Recently started a Life Group with BridgePoint and this week was our first time meeting. So fun getting to know new people and hear their stories. Excited to see what God does through these relationships… we’re better together!
Movement: A lot more movement and big kicks this week. Today I think he was awake like all day.
Food cravings: Nothing weird, but I’ve been wanting oatmeal with raisins, which I guess is out of the ordinary for me.
Exercise? All the yoga. Found a new prenatal instructor on youtube and I’m loving the new workouts. Easy to get bored of the same 4 workouts.
Miss Anything? My sister!
Symptoms: Giant belly. Felt bloated the past few days if that’s possible? Mostly feeling good besides feeling big.
Mood? Feeling frazzled! Not all the time, but I just feel like there’s a million things spinning around me that it’s easy to get lost in “all that” instead of being present and intentional in the moment. Needing to make some quality time with Jesus to “ground” myself in His peace and truth.
Looking forward to: Josh’s parents come this week and we’re so excited! Looking forward to spending time with them, and LBJ getting time with Grandma and Grandpa.
I’ve been looking at my posts from LBJ for the corresponding week before I write these. At 25 weeks with Jack I had green hair and was craving cheesecake and deciding I like prenatal yoga more than prenatal pilates. Now I’m listening to Bill Johnson and probably going to have some oatmeal with raisins. Another week ahead… 26 weeks tomorrow!
Until Next Week,
